Loockerman St Dover, Delaware 19901 The final is held on the main stage of the Delmarva Folk Festival at 7 p.m. on October 7, 2022 at G & R Campground, Houston, Delaware. The Folk Hero winner will be selected by audience vote. Voting must be done in person at each event. Invite friends and family to come out! $7.00 or $5.00 for members!
